Custom Home Building

We build new custom homes, with Christian on the framing and finish carpentry.

Colonial Homes

In Biddeford, we built a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,000-square-foot colonial.

Ranch Homes

In Lewiston, we built a ranch with about 2,400 square feet on the first floor.

Attached Garages With Living Space Above

The Biddeford colonial has an attached 2-car garage with living space above it.

Walk-Out Daylight Basements

The Lewiston ranch has a full walk-out daylight basement that looks out on a pond.

Framing

On a current build in Lyman, we framed a 20-foot gable wall in one piece on the ground and stood it up.

Roof Design Within Town Height Limits

On another Lyman build, we used a shallower roof pitch to fit full 8-foot walls on the second floor under the town's height limit.

Built-Ins and Trim During the Build

In Lewiston, the owners added built-in bookshelves near the end of the build, and we matched them to the house's craftsman trim.

As a custom new home builder, we set the payment schedule in a written contract, with each payment due when a set of items is finished.
